Name, email address, and birthday (used solely for age verification). For minors aged 13–17, we also collect a parent or legal guardian’s name and contact information.

Payment Information

Payment details such as credit card or billing information are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

User Content

Content you voluntarily submit in connection with the Services, including videos of drumming performances, messages, questions, audio, images, or other content submitted through Discord or during lessons. User Content may include personal identifiers such as your image or voice.

Technical and Usage Information

Information automatically collected by third parties (Discord, Zoom, etc.) when you access the Services, such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, access times, and general usage data. Refer to the respective third parties Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services, including granting Discord access, scheduling lessons, providing feedback, verifying age eligibility, and processing payments

  • To communicate with you regarding account-related matters, confirmations, updates, and support requests

  • To maintain the security and integrity of the Services and prevent fraud or misuse

  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations

We do not send promotional or marketing communications.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as necessary and as described below:

Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • Discord (communication and server hosting)

These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. We are not responsible for the independent data practices of third-party platforms.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal protections.

We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not deploy cookies, pixels, or tracking technologies directly on our own website or Studio. However, third-party platforms we use (such as Stripe and Discord) may use cookies or similar technologies as governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage practices. Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • User accounts and associated personal information (including name, email, birthday, and User Content) are deleted within 30 days after subscription cancellation or account termination, subject to technical limitations.

  • Payment and financial records may be retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.

  • Personal information contained in system backups may persist for a limited period until backups are overwritten, after which it is permanently deleted.

  • Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. Requests are subject to verification of identity and applicable legal requirements.
